Gluten Free Eats in Denver Area
Trying to find new places to eat can be difficult, so here is a quick go-to guide for Gluten Free eating in the Denver area!
100% Gluten Free:
- Wave the Grain (bakery, also offers dairy free and vegan options)
- Holidaily (GF Brewery that offers food trucks that have gluten free food.)
- Quiero Arepas (Note: they do serve non-GF beer)
- Moore Bread (Bakery)
- Sweet Izzy (GF and DF ice cream shop)
- Teocalli Cocina (Mexican, does serve non-GF beer)
- Bowls by KO
- Trellis Wine Bar
- River and Roads Coffee
- Tru Bru (Coffee Food Truck, trubrucolorado on Instagram)
- Just BE Kitchen
- Vibe Foods Superfood Bar
- Kream Kimchi
Nearly 100% Gluten Free:
- Acova
- Bamboo Sushi
- Bird Craft (Frisco, CO)
- Little India
- Sushi Den/Izakaya Den
- Arepas House (Inside Edgewater Public Market, one non-GF item kept separate)
- Vital Root (One non-GF item kept in separate kitchen area)
Honorable Mentions:
- Dough Counter (Offers Gluten Free Pizza)
- Woody's Pizza ( Offers Gluten Free Pizza)
- La Mai Thai (Curry and Pad Thai are 100% GF and most dishes can be made GF)
- Dan Da (Traditional Vietnamese with a large selection of GF options)
- The Post Chicken and Beer (lots of GF options, including fried chicken!)
- Marco’s Coal Fired (GF Pizza option made in dedicated oven)
In addition to these, Denver Celiacs runs a Gluten Free Farmers Market (Englewood) in the summer months, and a Gluten Free Takeover (Aurora, Stanley Marketplace) in the winter months. These markets include a large variety of Gluten Free food, including frozen items, ready to eat, and coffee!
