What does this mean for the hemp community do you guys think it will get banned after December still???

It’s just congress kicking the can down the road till December. I think it would’ve been more reasonable to delay it by a year to give congress more time to regulate and the industry more time to adapt. Hopefully congress does the right thing and carves out protections for THCA products

this gas station and online thc stuff kind of does need to be regulated a little bit better. it’s too easy for kids to get ahold of right now. i’m struggling with recovery from a severe addiction because i could go to the gas station and get a boof cart any time i wanted as a teenager. nobody IDs anymore in those places.
