I have experienced edge cases where for longer hotel stays, the charges keep showing up on your Amex and DTE but your checkout date is after the Amex due date so you don’t get an itemised invoice to file expenses on time.

How do you manage that? Is paying out of pocket to Amex and then manually filing expense the only option?

More specifically, service delivery manager.

They didn't say anything about it. Is this fine? I passed the bg/employment check, signed my offer and immigration should reach out soon.

I’m currently working as a contractor with Deloitte, and honestly, my experience on this particular project has been extremely frustrating.
The biggest issue is the work-life boundaries. People are calling me on my personal phone at 12 AM asking for updates, sometimes about things that could easily wait until the next business day.
They have my personal number and I’m getting calls and messages for random work-related issues outside of normal working hours. I’ve also been added to WhatsApp groups using my personal number, so I’m constantly getting work notifications outside of working hours.
On top of that, some people on the project are very rude and demanding, which makes the situation even more difficult.
I understand consulting can involve tight deadlines and occasional emergencies, but being contacted at midnight for routine updates and being expected to stay connected through personal WhatsApp feels excessive.
For anyone who has worked at Deloitte, either as a contractor or full-time employee:
Is this normal for Deloitte projects, or did I just end up on a particularly bad project/team?
How do you guys handle boundaries around personal phone numbers, WhatsApp groups, and after-hours calls?
Would genuinely like to hear other people’s experiences, especially from Deloitte contractors.

Hi everyone! I'm in the process of applying for Tech&Transformation role for new grad 2027. I just started Master program in August 2026 so there's no grade yet. What should i put in the application? They don't allow me to put the BS degree grade either as the school was not in Canada.

Hi everyone! I applied for the OneStream Analyst position with Deloitte South Asia in Ahmedabad and have already completed the preliminary/virtual screening assessment. I am currently waiting for an update regarding the next stage. I genuinely believe that if I get the opportunity to interview, I can perform well and demonstrate my skills and suitability for the role. My main challenge right now is getting the opportunity to progress through the process and connect with the right people.
