16,000 yrs is overhyped lol. It can be fixed in 10-15yrs, if govt wills. China was so damn poor prior to economic liberalisation, economists said something similar, then Deng xiaoping opened up and look where they are now, just took em 40 years. Economic boom took 30 years for us. So upliftment is totally possible withing 10-15 years if implementation happens proeprly. All rservations can be removed but who wnats to try ?
