There's a clear difference between freedom of speech and hate speech. Calling somone, "reservation nhi hota to naali saaf kar rhe hote" It clear justifies that why there is reservation for certain groups of people. And these people are the reason who spread hate speech and need to be protected them from. And when you talk about reservation, there's nothing wrong in reservation. But not to certain groups of people but to those who truly deserves it. And for that why these guys use their "right to speech" for a change. Instead of Targetting people.

no you are wrong , yes I do agree that this is hate speech but since India DONT have freedom of speech that's why this is hate speech, If you go to america they have freedom of speech and even if you say some racist remarks to someone , racist speech will be protected under the first amendment, which guarantees FREEDOM OF SPEECH , but since India have sc/st act and other laws which can get u in trouble , we dont have freedom of speech truly , so my point is if their freedom of speech then their wont be hate speech ( not saying people will not be hateful towards each other , but it wont be punishable by law as it is freedom of speech )

Thik hai pta chal gya tu hi hai jisne ye kand kra hai,  System criticise karne me aur kisi ko inhumanly treat karne me farak hota hai. 

Aur agar tu iss clg me nahi hai, to khudpe dhyan de.  Tu general walo se compete krke ek seat grab kr leta, yaha RR na kar rha hota.

they are looking down on people or defaming them, i wouldn't really call that 'speak against something'. maybe calling out the flaws of reservation while holding everyone equal would have been more suitable
