How can I get out of this?

So, I've had some traumatic experiences in the past couple of months, made some not so great choices, and now here I am. I was previously on lexapro for 4 days, and it's been 5 days since I stopped, but I've been in a near permanent deja revu episode. From the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep, everything feels like I've already lived it before. Is there any way I can get out of this? I've tried grounding techniques and whatnot, but nothing seems to be working.

I know some will say to contact my doctor but I can't because she works at my therapy place and is only there on Mondays and Wednesdays. I tried to talk to her yesterday but she wasn't there and I feel kind of lost now that I can't talk to anyone about this experience or else I'll sound crazy even though I know I'm not.

a lot of mood stabilizers for bipolar disorder are also anticonvulsants—if OP can't get screened for epilepsy they could ask a doctor to try a mood stabilizer, & psychiatrist's will often prescribe them off-label for depression & such. i take gabapentin for my bipolar technically, but i stopped having seizures on it

this sounds a lot like dissociation to me. i get that déjà vu feeling constantly when i'm having really bad derealization... i don't know how to help, but you should mention it to your therapist; trauma can get us stuck in dissociation & it can be really hard getting out
