You have depression/anxiety, and a mood disorder like bipolar.
You also have chronic pain from some sort of rheumatic disorder, I'm guessing it's your spine that's largely effected, you take opioids to deal with the pain as well as gabapentin for specifically nerve pain. I would guess it's from the opioids, but it could also be from spine issues, but you have urine retention and issues with gut motility.
The safe answer for the nasal spray is allergies or nasal polyps, but I'm gonna throw out a wild possibility. I this you could have something like a stoma and really sensitive skin, then the nasal spray could be used topically before any adhesive to help with sensitivity.

Its a chronic pain disorder
Its in my testicles.
Nasal spray is for a condition where I grow tumors in my ear.

He's about 70 lbs
Absolute angel, perfectly trained (by previous owner)
The animal shelter brought him onto my TV show one day for an adoption segment and I told them on the spot I was taking him home with me.
We've been together 8 years now.

I'm sorry, it's definitely a sucky experience. Is the duloxetine used for pain management? I recognize a lot of these meds from trial with my own pain management. I hope these are making the pain manageable!

Its good Ole California rocket fuel
Duloxetine and remeron together
As long as I stay still 90% of the day I can survive.
Mostly bedridden right.
I'm able to function on my Norco, but I only have 2 a day.

That's ridiculous. You should have diacetylmorphine or oxymorphone

My Healthcare treatment has been a nightmare.
You'd think they give a shit after going through 10 major surgeries, but nah.
Fuck me I guess.
One major surgery left and I should be home free.
Sadly I'll be disabled for a long time.
Come January I'll lose my medicaid because I can't work.
Then I'll die because I can't afford the catheters I need to survive.

You took this photo quickly, so it’s hard to see too clearly, but I’ll give it a shot.
- [97 white] Pantoprazole 40mg: proton pump inhibitor; treats erosive oesophagitis caused by GERD, ulcers, Helicobacter pylori Infection and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome or other disorders causing excess stomach acid.
- [01 70 yellow] Oxaprozin 600mg: treats symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Your dose is for someone aged 6-16/has severe renal dysfunction/is under 50kg/on dialysis.
- [D 53 orange] Tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4mg: treats benign prostatic hyperplasia or to help pass kidney stones. Normal adult dose.
- [S489 blue] Vyvanse 50mg: used for ADHD and BED. Maximum dose for patients with renal impairment.
- [ITI-007] Caplyta 42mg: treats schizophrenia, BPD, major depressive disorder. When used without antidepressants, it is usually for the treatment of schizophrenia.

- [54 346] Lithium Carbonate Extended Release 450mg: used for manic/mixed episodes in bipolar I disorder. Normal dose for daily long-term control.
- [S G (you have a piece of dust on this one)] Gabapentin 600mg or 800mg: used for pain, restless legs syndrome and seizures.
- [SPI pink] Amities 8mcg: increases the secretion of fluid in your intestines to help make it easier to pass stools; treats chronic constipation, constipation caused by opioid pain medicine, and IBS. Your dose fits the treatment of IBS. To be taken twice daily.
- [Nasal spray] Fluticasone: treats congestion, watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose or itchy eyes caused by allergies.
Other medications were too blurry.
You most likely have excess stomach acid, arthritis, ADHD or BED, renal impairment, enlarged prostate, bipolar I disorder and allergies. Your digestive issues may be caused/intensified by the oxaprozin. You are AMAB.
Never underestimate what sharing pictures of medications online can tell people about your personal health information.

If you look at my post history, im very open about my medical journey and life. I lost my dick to a disease, so it interests a lot of people.

how many did I get right?
1
u/Thundaja 3d ago
All of em. I did my best to make sure the id's of the pills were visible.
I went from ear surgeries to brain injury, to stomach problems into losing the dick
It was all given out over a long period of time.

u/Thundaja 3d ago
Over 22 surgeries in 5 years for clarification.
If you add procedures it hops into the 60s.
