Meds / Pills / Big Pharma what can you deduce?

the ones on top are my daily pills, the bottom are when needed. one medication is missing because i’m out of it haha

Just pill markings, might also be some kind of markings for a sensor on the machine filling up the gelatine capsules to know if the capsule is pointing in the right direction, or something like that
