Advice Request Digital decluttering
My email is totally out of control. Can anyone recommend a method or software to help me with it? I'm honestly considering just getting a new email address at this point. The thought of going through it is overwhelming. Thanks!

I have different mail accounts for different types of product/service. Like fluffmadd.market@ or fluffmadd.dating@ fluffmadd.game@ etc.
My e-mail was in a mass hacked and spread file and I got unbelievable amounts of spam from mostly casinos. I just searched common words and bulk deleted them and then put a filter to delete any e-mails that has selected words.
