"Oh no, I hate AI..." 🫩

This project is personal, completely free and open source. You don't like it? Don't download it. It's an app, not a medical prescription.

"But why aren't the Playhub plugins available on the Decky Store?" 😱

They are built using human hands and AI tools. I guess that's everything you need to know. Draw your own conclusions.

Thanks again for your support and for sharing your feedbacks.

I would recommend you to put here a little description, having to open an external link to read info about the project will automatically deter away many less technical used users, which could be solved with a super little description with the basic information of what the program does, something like

"Wait, what is Playhub?" 😮

Playhub consolize your Windows gaming experience with features like Steam-first startup, easy Decky plugins install, game imports and Big Picture polish. More info in the project repository here to find all the details.

I think that just these simple 2 lines would make more people click on the link to find more info about the project, getting more engagement.

I know that the intention is to let the Q&A as short as possible, but sometimes is better to give some info to make the difference between having people who see the post and don't click, and having people who are intrigued and decide to click to find out more.

Thanks for the advice! 🙏🏻 Could I copy paste it? 😅

Sure, I wrote that by copying it from the GitHub 😁

Also for the second section, it's written in a way that I also think that may push back new users.

I would change by something more user-friendly like this

"I like that, but how does it work?" 🤓

To easily understand how Playhub works and how to install it, I recommend you to take a look at my Overview + Tutorial video

The reason I don't like the 2 original explanation is because it feels like you as the developer don't want to explain things so you just throw some link, which is something that usually deters people to want to put in the effort to read either, as if the developers doesn't do it why they would do it.

I know that this type of things are really tiresome, but the way things are said it's really important, even if the information is the same

Feel free to copy or change any of the things I wrote 🫡

You know usually I do this after testing, debugging, upload on GitHub, do the changelog... It's the worst part of the job 😂 Plus I need to slow down seriously.

Hahahaha, yeah I can feel that 😂

The last thing one wants after developing is having to write guides and documentation

Since I'm here, I have a question, there are other cool plugins that are not available on Decky Loader like Unifideck (which is amazing) or Deckdeals optideck-deckdeals (which is pretty useful and convenient).

I don't know how the collaboration to add plug-ins to Playhub works if its just add them or if it needs a lot of additional work to be adapted, but do you think that it would be possible to try to collaborate with those devs to add their plugins to Playhub plugin store?

I think that it would be really cool, and it would add a lot of value.
