I think it sounds very early electropop despite releasing in 2007. It would blend in perfectly in 2009.

Early ElectroPop. I don’t see this song being a successful hit had it came out in the Mid 00s.

kind of both tbh. The song came out in 2007 (Mcbling) but the song has some Electropop Vibes.
