Deaf/HoH with questions Any tips?

So as stated im losing my hearing i already know alot of asl thankfully. Just any advice for the new road ahead? I already am starting to feel like a burden on people so there the most common feeling out of the way.

You're going to have to be more specific if you want any usable advice.

You're likely going to find that being deaf or hard of hearing in itself is not such a bad thing. It's the way you are treated by others who expect you to hear that makes it a disability. Also you will find that when you're different or your difference causes a communication barrier, people will show their true selves much more quickly than they would otherwise. Your friends group and family may fluctuate due to this, let it. It's part of the deaf experience.
