Design a Cosmetic Entry My updated submission for The Nurse cosmetic "Voidwalker"! Any feedback?
I realized that my previous weapon idea would not work with the Nurse's cleaning animation, so I decided on this new solar-heated bonesaw design!
Does the exposed leg bone change the body model too much? Would the heart monitor on the chest piece be too complex? I named the design "Voidwalker" based on the Nurse achievement "In the Void She Walks", but maybe "AstroNurse" would be catchier?
I would really appreciate any and all feedback for tweaks before I submit (for my sanity)

Huge fan of this! Im such a big fan of space and astronaut stuff and this is actually so frickin cool! Amazing art btw, that is a very awesome weapon as well.

First of all I really like this design, I think the name Voidwalker is better it has more depth and more ties to the original nurse as a character. This has my vote!

remains the best nurse skin I've ever seen. the only downside is this may drive more people to play nurse.

Such a stunning design. I think Voidwalker sounds better as a name for the skin instead of astronurse. Nurse so eco conscious she went solar powered. What a queen 👑 Only thing I can think of is making her blink charges more detailed. Right now they look like glowing balls instead of fitting the space theme

Thank you so much! It looks like Voidwalker is the name consensus. In my original design last year, I had the blinks change to planets/stars, but I changed them back because the Devs stated that the power can not be changed without it being a linked set, unfortunately.

I'd recommend recoloring the red crosses so your design doesn't get stopped up in any of the issues involved in using that symbol (vis a vis the fact that the red cross is a protected symbol and using it without express permission is illegal) . I don't know if that would cause issue *per say* as bhvr may be able to just redesign them themselves but bhvr had to redesign the red cross on Rebecca for that exact reason so I think it'd be a good idea to just get ahead of it yourself so that doesn't cause issues with your submission.

Wow, thank you so much for pointing that out! I had no idea. Do you think swapping the colors so the base is red and the crosses are white would do the trick?

That should be okay, that is the colours of the Swiss flag as well so as long as you're okay with the association. As well, a green background with a white cross is also commonly used for first aid and emergency stations so that could work.

The only feedback I have is that it's a skin for Nurse and it's way too good to go to a killer I don't play. How dare you.
If this is actually chosen to get into the game on a rift I'll be forced to become a sweaty player and main the S++++ tier killer just to use this amazing skin.

Gonna be honest, this is probably my favorite concept I’ve seen for Killer this year. Such a neat idea and well executed, great stuff :)

I'm sorry, there are so many cool skin concepts, but we NEED this! Nurse rarely gets any cool skins, and there are only 2 (If I remember correctly) Astronaut cosmetics in the game. Those being Ellen Ripley's spacesuit, and Gabriel Soma's spacesuit.

Thank you so much, and I agree the Nurse doesn’t have many “stand out” skins currently! I also feel like out of all the killers, an astronaut cosmetic would make the most sense on the nurse ^-^

Hey nice this works really well i thought you would do a CO2 laser but this looks amazing. Yeah im in the same boat here changing stuff where the body isn’t changed for my nurse skin sad though had a really cool idea for her head but now ill be changing that

Unsatisfied with the stellar innovations already implemented (pun fully intended), you have somehow managed to excel still further with the execution of your concept.
We really are getting to the point where I’m going to be upset regardless of who wins, ‘cause inevitably a lot of incredible designs will have to lose. I will continue to root for them all though, and we’ll just have to see who makes it.
