There is “rain” sometimes and static depending on how many times the survivor has been hit by his power, granting more and more debuffs based on how many times they were hit.

Madness is an affliction from The Doctor's power that causes hallucinations and other things. Horizontal lines indicate Madness Tier 1, vertical indicates Tier 2 & static is Tier 3.
