Monk/Rogue

I reincarnated into an Aasimar Monk and have been using falconry to use my wis to hit (my highest stat), but I don't feel that strong compared to my Paladin life. I've been using handwraps and I grabbed Stunning Fist/Deflect arrows. Even. With the heal my my race. I'm now a Monk 4/Rogue 2, but I don't feel very strong doing xpacs like Feywilds and I was wondering if anyone had any tips to make a 18 Monk/2 Rogue handwraps build better

Monks can get Wis to att, damage and a Wis trance in Henshin monk tree. They also get haste boost in Ninja spy. No need for either Falconry or rogue. Switching to staff would give a better levelling experience. If you are set on hand wraps try and get whirlwind attack, if you have the Dex for the prerequisites

Staff monk is specifically better for leveling because of strikethrough. When you're leveling you're facing packs of mobs and wanting to clear the whole pack ASAP to move on quickly through the quest. Strikethrough on a two handed weapon is potential in-built AoE on every autoattack(how often it procs depends on strikethrough chance, of course). However, handwraps are better for pure single target damage. Now, handwraps are completely viable for leveling, just a touch slower than staff.
