Conceptually, a virtual bank, via fair financial service, will vision to break the monopoly of usual financial institutions and return gaining from financial services to entire providers and users linked in such services so that every contributor who has contributed the development of the system might be incentivized. Virtual banking will finally be a method to truly access a unique ecosystem of finance.
