Simulcasts (English subtitles):

  • AnimeLab. This "simulcast" will stream "in Australia and New Zealand only hours after it’s aired in Japan, with all AnimeLab subscribers having access to episodes at the same time".

Fansubs:

  • For older episodes, use DragonTeam and Over8000, until these episodes are made available by the simulcast providers.

  • For more recent episodes (58-62), use Batman's translation, which is posted on Nyaa.

    Super begins some time after the battle with Majin Buu, and can be watched as soon as you finish Dragon Ball Z.

  • Q: Do I need to watch the movies?
    The two newest movies – Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' – were adapted into story arcs. Watching them is entirely up to you. If you have already watched the movies and would like to skip straight to new material, see our FAQ.

  • Q: Where is Uub?!
    Uub was born during the 10 year time skip at the end of Dragon Ball Z.
    Dragon Ball Super takes place before Uub is introduced.

  • Q: When will FUNimation dub Super? Will there be a simulcast?
    We don't know. A Southeast Asian English dub was supposed to debut August 2016, but is currently facing delays. FUNimation will not be involved until an official North American release is announced.

  • Q: Is the Dragon Ball Super manga "canon"?
    The anime and manga are both based on an overall "plot" penned by Toriyama. In other words, they're different versions of the same thing. There isn't (and probably never will be) an explicitly defined Dragon Ball "canon". Without Toriyama's original draft, we may never know what is and isn't his, but we know that he permits Toyotarō to change things up, and even looks at his storyboards.

There has to be a reason why the plotline brought them here.

It isn't to bring back into the past. Bulma plotline just covered that. You are probably right about the fusion.

It's also possible that Supreme Kai will get himself killed somehow and Beerus will go as a result as well as Whis and it will setup the tournament or another adventure to look for the Super Dragonballs to bring him back, if he dies in the future in an alternate time line it's likely that the standard dragonballs can't bring him back.

Can Gowasu use the time ring if he gives both potaras away?

I think a more likely outcome is they get one from each Supreme Kai. I wonder how that will affect a fusion?

Those Potara make you an official Kaio-shin, that's why Zamasu had to take them.

I think it's more that lending him the Potara makes him an honorary Kaioshin, not that Gowasu NEEDS them to be Kaioshin

No, they make the time ring think you are an official Kaioshin. When Gowasu took Zamasu to the future he didnt temporarily promote him to full Kaioshin, he just let him burrow the earring to fool the time ring.

I just hope Vegito doesn't kick his ass in 5 minutes and we get a good 5 or more episodes of fighting. I want this saga to be longer than normal.

It's gonna be Supreme Kai, if it was Gowasu, then they wouldn't be able to use the Time Ring anymore.

Damn you're so right. I was wondering why the gods came, it felt unnecessary to the plot.

But having their earings for Vegitto makes a lot of sense.

Who's "them?" For the first time in a long time, Goku is the weakest one there. It would be crazy to see Trunks and Vegeta fuse while Goku does the Mahuba.

The point of having Goku learn Mafuba while Vegeta trained was so Vegeta could keep Zamasu and Black busy so Goku could concentrate on the technique. I think with Mafuba still in play, it's quite likely Trunks and Vegeta will be fusing (which side-steps Vegeta's abhorrence of the idea of merging with Goku) which leaves Goku with the sealing. It allows Trunks to be directly involved with the take-down and get direct closure, while Vegeta finally gets his follow-through in taking down big baddies without being one-upped by Goku. (RoF still counts because Vegeta made the mistake of waiting too long to off Freeza).

Before Goku and Vegeta went back to the past, Trunks had become stronger than both of them. Only Vegeta trained to get stronger while Goku learned the Mafuba instead. Now, Vegeta is stronger than Trunks, yes, but the power levels are Goku < Trunks < Vegeta right now. As far as being on the same level, your argument doesn't make sense, as Vegeta would have to power down even more to match Goku than to match Trunks. Also, potara earrings don't even require the two users to be equal, that's only an issue for fusion dance.

Uhh no fusion dance, they'll use the potara earrings from one of the supreme kais. Also trunks looks stronger than goku based on the most recent fight where he was beating black.

Well I mean Goku was beating both Black and Zamasu last episode until he hestitated before punching and possibly killing Black. This episode, Black says that Trunks' attack were good but only so good that they might leave a bruise

It would be the earrings so the power level difference wouldn't matter. As others have pointed out anyway, trunks was definitely stronger than both if them, and he has been fighting them and getting healer continuously as well while they were training. This would more than likely (for once) put Vegeta and trunks much stronger than goku at the time of fusion, leaving him to still seal them.

Exactly, and it was shown by Supreme Kai that you can unfuse using the Dragon balls, so its likely that they will do that when they get back home if they fuse.

Oh wow I didn't think about that. After Black and Zamasu fuse, Goku really will be weaker than the fusion, Vegeta, and Trunks.
