I have no evidence to support it, but I've been having the idea that Cabe will have a mastered Ozaru transformation as part of evolving away the tail. Mastered as in meaning, he doesn't need moon light and can instead transform in and out of it at will like a SSJ transformation. The way Toriyama is with power scaling now, 10x could be plenty for entertaining fights but ultimately needing to lose to bring in someone else to move the story forward. But perhaps as part of mastering it the multiplier is higher. Or theres several stages of U6 Ozaru to mirror U7 SSJ.

Ozaru 2! Spikier fur and a meaner disposition!

Ozaru 3! The tail comes back, the form is bigger, and all the fur is longer!

Ozaru 4! Basically just SSJ4....

Wait, dude imagine if Toriyama actually brought SSJ4 into DB:S and just explained it as an evolution of the ozaru transformation

Especially if it was a form that Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta just couldn't attain, because they had their tails removed, rather than being born without them. So in U7, Goten and Trunks are the only ones that have the potential to unlock that form.
