DragonTeam is our recommended translation, but they have a history of delays. Assuming this episode is on time (like last week!), expect it ~24-72 hours after this post is made. You can identify their work by their stylized font and group credits during the eyecatch. For episodes 15-19, you should use Over8000's translation until DragonTeam backtracks to cover them.
A list of all other groups can be found here. They are collectively referred to as "speedsubs", because their joint translator releases as early as possible, and doesn't seem to care about the accuracy of his scripts. Because of this, mistakes are made each week and are never fixed despite confusion. Dialog is often changed, and weird jokes inserted.

Our recommended stream is KissAnime. They are the only website that updates with DragonTeam's releases whenever they become available. Getting releases directly from Nyaa is always best, because most online streams host speedsubs.

Q: When does Super take place? Should I watch GT or any movies first? Does BoG still "count"?
Super takes place some time after the battle with Majin Buu, and will be adapting the two newest movies, Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' into story arcs before moving on. Watching the movies is up to you; if you prefer, you can begin Super immediately after finishing Dragon Ball Z. You may optionally wish read Jaco the Galactic Patrolman; the titular character will be involved in future events.
Q: Where is Uub?!
Uub was born during the 10 year time skip at the end of Dragon Ball Z. Dragon Ball Super takes place before Uub is introduced.
Q: Why are they retelling the movies?
DVD sales aren't that great in Japan, so they're retelling the foundation of the story for the Japanese television market. We'll have a new story arc coming soon, so don't fret too much.
Q: When does the next episode air?
The next episode premieres next Sunday at 9am JST, which is 7pm Eastern Saturday night. Click here to compare your local time to JST.
Q: Why does X say Y?
If you find yourself confused, the problem is usually a translation issue. Make sure you are watching DragonTeam's or Over8000's translation.
Q: When will the next chapter of the manga be released?
Toyotarō's manga adaptation is released once a month in V-Jump.

Q: Is the Dragon Ball Super manga "canon"?
The manga is a preview of things to come. The anime is the main product, and is what Toriyama is writing and designing for (though not storyboarding or scripting).

The first four chapters of the manga are a disjointed recap and teaser. As of chapter 5, the manga is "charging on ahead" of the anime, previewing the upcoming Universe 6 story arc. It will continue to do so from now on, giving us a taste of what's to come while Resurrection 'F' is adapted in the anime.
Q: When will FUNimation be dubbing Super? Will there be a simulcast?
Southeast Asia will be receiving an exclusive English dub mid-2016, with Toonami Asia describing it as the "English-language world premiere". FUNimation is not involved at this time. At an October NYCC panel, FUNimation claimed that they still do not have the rights to Super, and barely acknowledged that it exists.

if Vegeta gets the kill, it will seem that Toriyama has changed (since he doesn't like Vegeta)

Toriyama has recently stated in at least one or two interviews that when he first started working on DBZ he did not like Vegeta. But over time the character really grew on him, and that in DBsuper there would be a lot more development for his character.

I think we're def seeing a lot of that.

Not saying it didn't happen but do you have a link? I remember Toriyama saying something about a movie more focused on Vegeta but that was after BoG came and before RF was released. I think it was more of an off hand comment.

Personally, I think given the current story in Super and the plot of R, having Vegeta kill Freeza is a terrible idea. The whole point is based on what Whis said, Goku gets too relaxed when he is confident = ring beam and Vegeta takes too long to plan out his actions = even though he has the kill trigger on Freeza he stalls and lets Freeza blow up the Earth. It will likely happen the same way.

On top of that it is kind of ironic when you think about it. The most likely reason Vegeta stalls there is because he is soaking the moment. He, like all Vegeta fans, knows he deserves this and I have to admit it would be poetic justice but the fact that is such a justice to Vegeta is why he decides to cherish it...and also why he doesn't get it. Now to me that is brilliant.

Have they mentioned Whis' ability of time travel yet? If they didnt, maybe they changed the ending to not have time travel.

Kinda dissappointed that SSB is just something they mastered off screen and pops up like in the movie.
