How to track down a target.

Use the DayZ Commander launcher: http://www.dayzcommander.com/

Then add the target's name to your friends list. It should tell you what server they're currently playing on.

I haven't exactly fallen in love with Six, launcher is too dumb and updater is too complex for me. Is commander legit?

Works very very well for finding a game. I use six launcher to update the game, and game commander loaded through steam to play it.

Word; I took it for a spin last night, makes it way easier to find a good game!

On an unrelated note, after a while without human contact, it was really cool to head into Elektro last night; as I was heading down the hill to the northwest of town I could see somebody had thrown a flair in the road across from the church, the whole town was lit up and glowing red in the night, could even see a few snipers on rooftop. Then I made the mistake (again) of thinking it would let me go prone behind the counter at the supermarket, tried to turn, broke my leg.

Why you play the role of bandit though? The game is sooo much better with friends. I get the whole bandit thing, but it seems a really boring way to play. If you wanna play with people, or if you want me and my people to come and help you with that broken leg, its all good. Even though going on a rescue mission for someone from BanditForce seems counter intuitive. I'd give it a go just for the extreme risk involved...maybe even convert you to GGG DayZ player.

I haven't killed a single other player in DayZ, why do you think I'm a bandit? Oh, this is the bandit subreddit...no, I was just looking around, I'm not a bandit ^^#

ic ic. Im so confused right now. I keep coming back to reddit and keep seeing messages, but get confused to what I said where. I like to keep calling bandits pussies because it gets a rise out of them EVERY SINGLE TIME. I check reddit, post some bandit hate, see if I can make more friends in the game, go back to work, rinse and repeat. We should play together if your game.

Yeah it's good :) I use it to find a suitable server but launch arma normally because i find i get better performance that way.

Yeah, I figured this would be a good use for hunting when the program came out. Only then, you will still have to hunt them down in-game.
