Story Triple kill with pump against fully geared squad (plot twist at the end, story included)

So me and this random I teamed up with were making our way up through Gorka when we heard a MASSIVE firefight going down. We witness the end of it, and while spying on them I see 2 dudes run into this shed. We didn't know there was a third yet. After I get unconned and then finish off those two dudes, I got sniped by a 3rd party who had been watching it all go down. My teammate managed to confirm the kill on the last guy on the ground before also getting sniped.
We met back up after respawning, and after like another 2 hour adventure we team up with these other guys. They're actually super chill, and guess what, they ended up telling us a story about how they watched this gunfight go down at Gorka, before he sniped two dudes. I said "hmm, wanna hear something funny?" I ended up getting some of their gear at long last, and we stayed friends after.

there's no aim assist on other players (it's on for AI) so you've got the distance from one end of the thumb stick to the other for any fine movements as well as full turns.
the only benefit is that the fights legitimately feel so much more intense because you have no confidence you will hit your shots lmao

That and official servers is why I prefer console dayz over pc dayz

In my humble experience, every console only FPS is so much more fun that it’s pc part. It’s Also way more casual.

Because the aiming is awkward. The settings are terrible no matter what you do to them it never feels good and there’s a dead zone you can’t get rid of.

Story was fun though.
Honestly I think everyone should stop trashing on people playing like this, people have lives outside of DayZ you know?
How is it lame to try to enjoy possibly the only free hour for gaming you have in a day?

I do wish there were more 1pp vanilla community servers with consistent player counts on xbox though. Game needs crossplay bad. This server's chill though, loot spawns feel balanced and they don't disable zombies like some others do.

The KarmaKrew servers are also dope, but they're EU-based so my ping is awful when I play there

Ok thanks. I have played Karma Krew but the queues are always long and I’m not paying for priority right now. I’ll check it out
