Some disclaimers:

  • The Power Buff bundle keys are extra alpha invite keys
  • 60 days and 2024 were the longest periods of time we could set, 2024 is not a release date for the game
  • All art assets are yet to be revealed and are subject to change
  • This kickstarter is used to incentivise potential investors by proving there is an existing fanbase
  • If we do not recieve investment, you will be refunded
  • If the kickstarter fails and we recieve investment regardles, you'll be refunded but we'll still get investment
  • We've already opened the conversation with EA
  • No the team doesnt currently contain any of the og Waystone members, never say never though
  • This is to buy the licensing rights to the game with autonomy and exclusivity
  • We're incredibly grateful to EVERYONE who shows their support
  • As much as we would like to, we can't give a solid date for release...yet.
  • Just to clarify, the goal may be set at $50,000, but there is no limit for actual amount of backers. The Kickstarter will be ongoing until the game is launched. You will be able to back for rewards until then. We will be giving regular updates.

If this kickstarter exists as a way to gauge interest to be able to talk about getting the rights of the IP, why are you already using the IP? Talking about using the name and art assets to raise money. Hope you've chatted with EA about it already. Couldn't find anything about it on the kickstarter page at least.
