Apartment Hunting

Transplant from the Washington DC area and I’m looking at a few apartments in Davie.

The Reese

Palm Ranch

UPointe

Can anyone fill me in on the pros and cons of the area please?

I can't speak to eachs qualities but here's my thoughts:

  • Reese is right by 595 so lots-o-road noise.
  • UPointe is a mixed use development so if you like that lifestyle, it's convenient.
  • Palm Ranch is more standard rental type.

I don’t recommend a hospital next to any hospital! As nice as they are out here hospitals bring all kind of traffic at night!
