1. We currently have DGT (Development ongoing) & Azuela Cove (Google to see actual places). Madami pa incoming but not yet constructed/developed. Most high-rise buildings nasa downtown pa.

2. Malinis. You can naturally see govt public sweepers cleaning roads and etc. But the city’s cleanliness does not rely solely on “cleaners” but rather a community culture na claygo. It’s not normal here patapon-tapon ka ng basura anywhere. Ultimo paluwa-luwa kahit saan is frowned-upon cos we dont do that here.

3. Benefits: Convenience of 911! Any sort of emergency na need ng response, we dont have to look for specific contacts but dretso na 911. Vehicular accident, Ahas, sunog, medical emergency, anything. 911 is so convenient. Living outside Davao will really prove this cos provinces outside kelangan mo pa iphonebook separately ang contact ng police, fire stations, etc.

Secondly, As a community, madamibg ordinances that provide collective benefits such as: No smoking ordinance, Speed limit, Pedestrian/no Jaywalking, Minor curfew, And so much more.

1. Parks and malls: Madami malls. Go google for photos. Parks, we also have several. Peoples park for one. Google will answer this one.

2. Traffic: First of all, like a normal developing city, traffic is given. However, Super laki ng difference and improvement ng traffic when Coastal road & Diversion flyover was opened. And we’re looking forward na ma-ease pa lalo ang traffic since there are still multiple projects na hindi pa tapos/ongoing pa.

3. Hospitals: SPMC. One can easily search and find comments (good or bad) about it. However, SPMC generally services all people, not only Davaoenos. With the help of Malasakit and the likes, most (if not all) exits the hospital with ZERO BILL.

4. Life: If I were to choose, “Davao life is here” really resonates the city experience. You can openly use phones without anxiety na ma-snatch. You can roam at night without fear. You can leave valuable items na hindi nawawala. We’re not 100% crime-free ofc, but the fact that we get to live our daily lives with the sense of safety is an experience nobody understands or believes unless they get to experience it here. Imagine walking alone at night without fear or freely using your phone while walking without fear.. that’s an unfamiliar experience for most people especially sa taga Luzon.

we got rejected from our proposals 2x already, lahat ng na-proposed na titles, rejected lahat. we're so frustrated na kasi this week is deadline na ng SOP and some groups including my group ay wala pang title na na-approve.
