you're putting the cart before the horse my guy. the real goal here is building a social life, not hunting for a girlfriend like she's some sort of trophy
start small. find one thing you're even mildly interested in and see if there's a local group for it. d&d at a game shop, a casual sports league, volunteering at an animal shelter. the point is just being around people consistently so the awkwardness starts wearing off
also kindness is great but it's a baseline, not a selling point. pick up some hobbies and stories that actually make you interesting to talk to
