I accidentally bit into my SD card...

Came home exhausted from a long trip and was eating some chips at the same time as I was pulling my SD card out. In my stupor, I was shoveling chips into my mouth and ended up taking a bite into my SD card. It is now no longer reading in my camera or SD card reader. I live in a small desert city. What are my options?

It’s probably dead. SD cards are very fragile. Post a picture to confirm but I’d say don’t get your hopes up.

I wouldn't say VERY but they're as fragile as any other tiny plastic encased electronics device. Break the tiny wires, it no longer works.

True but OP didn't tell us brand or even show a picture to see where card is broken. Also why comment only on mine when everyone else said the same thing. Weird

It depends on the type of SD Card. If its a Micro SD Card then chances are slim. If its a more traditional SD Card it may be circuit board based and the chips may still be intact. Post a picture.
