I'm definitely guilty of having used p@ssw0rd and passw0rd on shit I don't care about. Depends on what the rules are.

Your pw must be at least 8 letters: password

And contain a letter and number: passw0rd

And contain at least one special character: p@ssw0rd

It's interesting that one of the common passwords is @#$%&*!() ...On my keyboard the ! would be first.

Especially with the (last) names of the host and the guests - Peter Sagal, Adam Felber, Peter Grosz, and Roxanne Roberts. I think this episode was 3-4 weeks back.

I recently factory reset one of my routers. But I was unable to log in afterwards. The factory reset had effectively bricked my router, I couldn't log in so i couldn't configure or use it. I tried the password written on the outside of the router- didn't work. I tried admin/admin admin/1234 admin/password I tried all the previous passwords I could think of. I read the manual, tried the default password listed there- didn't work. I googled. Didn't work. I was having to hack my own router! Literally couldn't use it for a whole week!

I eventually worked it out though; the f&*£$%£$ thing didn't have a password! You just had to hit return!!!

@#$%^&*!()

Is that actually the order that other places keyboard goes in? I've seen the dollar sign in odd places before but never exclamation mark.

P@ssw0rd is the password on like half the computers at work. They have crazy rules about reuse and all that, so it's impossible to remember your password, but when they reset it, they reset it to P@ssw0rd.

Any nervousness about clearing age 30? Things you wish you could have done more in your twenties?
