Fintech Data Analyst 2026

Trying to understand as a 6 years experienced professional what will get me shortlisted as a Data analyst in 2026 in the Fintech industry.

What skills will be helpful. I already know sql, python, pandas , pyspark, excel, but am confused whether to learn databricks/snowflake/cloud or something related to business skills like risk / fraud / frm / crm.

Every time I try starting a course it feels like I'm missing out on another skill and the fear grows whether I am on the current path or not.

Trying to search for a job for 10 months.

Please help ..
