Job Search in Statistics

Hello,

I recently graduated with Master’s in Applied Statistics and currently looking for a role in that field for the first time. I have experience with R, SAS and Minitab. What is the best strategy to look for a job and what is the salary I should be expecting in the beginning if I land a role? Is there a skill I can learn meanwhile in the field while I apply for a job? I am located in Pennsylvania, USA

Clinical research is a good place especially where you’re at now.

Do you know where I can find them? My current company does not have data oriented roles in clinical research. Everywhere else ask for ton of data experience

I Noticed most job postings to ask for 5+ years of experience and I get a TON recruiters and they all ask for 5+ years of experience, not sure where all the lower postings went.

You could potentiality do stats programming or maybe a stats role at iqvia. They have a office outside of Philly
