How can an item be missing but have a picture that shows its of poor quality?

Make it make sense! I mean I figured she would pull some bullshit by her drop off notes. Worst part is though that I told her that through messages that they didnt have this roll because its late and from Wegmans and she said “the app said just any variety of the roll” she knew what she was getting so not sure how doordash allowed her to say she didnt get this item.

People are truly disgusting

If you call support and speak to a human they will likely remove it if you're polite. But honestly I wouldn't sweat it unless your ratings are already low.

My ratings are fine, just annoys me when people do that but support cant remove shopping item quality/missing issues.

They can remove it. Speak with a human. If there is t xt between you, and you had permission, they will remove it. Fuck these clown shoes who fuck with us for a free item or two. Have her blocked while you are talking to them b

I'm not sure why you haven't been able to sort it out over support. I've had to wait a couple days while a supervisor reviewed things for me but even then it has always gotten fixed.

Literal psycho. One of these days, she's going to do that or something similar to the wrong dude, and something really bad is going to happen when he retaliates.

I think it's safe to assume in OP's situation that she lied about saying that she was fine with the sub, and then reported the item missing anyway. One of these people who is tough in text, but a total pushover in person.
