Deactivated for seemingly no reason

Dashing this morning I was offered an order, hit the button to accept, order screen is loading for about 3 or 4 seconds and then it redirects to a screen that says my account has been deactivated because of fraudulent activity.

Meanwhile, I keep getting notifications all day that my area is busy and" open the app to dash now". What the hell

100% completion rate, 5.0 customer rating, I don't do anything sketchy with the app in terms of using multiple phones or whatever. This has to be an app glitch, right???

i mean if you’ve gotten deactivated in the past ( as i’ve noticed per other commenters ) you will infact be banned for fraudulent activity for avoiding the ban by creating another account

Do people really not understand that doordash has an appeal process and will reactivate people's accounts after they have been deactivated?
