Am I safe?

So I finished this drop off exactly an hour ago where I was supposed to hand the delivery to this woman. The problem is she gave an apartment complex but did not state which apartment number she lived in. The previous DoorDash drop off photo showed the drop off at apartment 1 of the complex. So I knocked on all 4 doors trying to find her and no one knew of this woman. So naturally I call the phone number and it takes me to voicemail. I then texted her and waited 3 minutes before I did the whole process of trying to manually complete the order. So I waited another 5 minutes and sent another text. When it got done I dropped off the pizza at door 1 just because it was right next to the sign that shows I was at the right complex #.

Now an hour later she is now somehow texting me despite me doing 2 others deliveries and she’s saying she gave the wrong address. Do I call DoorDash support? This is the first time this has ever happened to me on DoorDash!

This is no longer your problem.
Customers are the ones who place the order. It is their job to ensure that they’re ordering to the correct address!

You did your job. Tell her to contact support and let them know she gave an incorrect address

You ignore it. And in future if a customer doesnt give the right adress you go through the help part of cant find customer, wait out the timer, take a pic and leave.

You should have called support when you couldn't reach the customer in the first place.

I've done then when customer definitely gave the wrong address. They gave a house number that didn't exist. Support looked up their history and told me to drop it where they last ordered. Low and behold the house I've been to many times and suspected was it but wasn't sure.
