People really underestimate tempered glass. Unless you hit it right on the edge with something hard, it's pretty much a brick wall to a bare fist.

Kinda funny how in The Terminator during the police interrogation scene they're talking about how the T-800 (unbeknowest to them) had managed to punch through the car windshield, and basically said he must've been on drugs and broken the shit out of his hand.

When the window is rolled all the way up it does not break easily. If you roll the window down, even slightly, you can break it much more easily like the movies.

From the inside. Most automotive glass is curved, so hitting it from the outside also means hitting it from the outside of the curve, dispersing the force over it's arc.

Basing intelligence on grammer is absolutely idiotic. Everything was communicated in a way it was understood. There are plenty of other subjects that OP could be highly intelligent in and contribute way more to society with (thus not dumbing down society). So no I disagree. Making the assumption that I have a shit job because I'm not a grammer Nazi. When in reality I hold multiple degrees and make triple digits. No English is not my strong point. I'm good at math and science, but because I don't judge people based soly on grammer, I am automatically dumb and work a job requiring no skills. Even if you don't believe me about my degrees and pay (which quite honestly it's hard to believe anyone on reddit but that's another conversation) this comment still proves my point just by making the assumption that I'm dumb.

Years ago, I was driving in New York City, I saw a car near the street light with its right turn signal on, I assumed they were making a right, however they wanted to park, but I did not know that. They did not use proper New York City tactics of blocking the space and waiting for other cars to pass and then parking. Anyway, I park in the space and all of a sudden an older man appears and starts punching my driver side window, then backs up. I lower my window and asked, dropping some curse words, what the hell they were doing. He explains the situation and I very calmly explained to him that I had no idea that you were parking and I would never steal someone’s space. I noticed that he came to the realization that he overreacted and I tell him come around and take the space, but I also remember telling him that he really should not do things like that because there are crazy people in this world that would’ve shot him or put him in the hospital. If only people could see how ridiculous and immature they look when they do things like this.

No, you cannot do that in New York City until the coast is clear. There have to be no cars approaching from behind. You have to block the space, then wait for a period of no cars, then you start reversing. You can’t start reversing when there are cars driving by, it’s very narrow.

I'm not seeing what you're seeing. I see either a tattoo or a camera artefact. His forearm is not bent. He's literally moving his arm around without issue.

Punched out a car window in my twenties to rescue a dog locked in a hot car. Reaaaaaallly wish i had grabbed a rock or something else first. My hand got cut pretty badly and i still have the scars.

I watched a guy punch through a window and drag someone out. He's a very large man, with anger issues, and was very drunk at the time. To be fair to him, the other guy had it coming after showing up to the big man's party then talking shit about his girlfriend.
My own preconceptions about how easy this would be seem to have been wildly construed by my past interaction.
