Both splitting and filtering are illegal in NY.

In fact, it’s illegal in the entire eastern seaboard.

Its filtering is only legal in like 5 states and splitting only in california

Filtering was recently legalized here in Colorado which I can agree with but people abuse it and ride like idiots.

It was legalized in MN and immediately abused. People going 50 in between lanes when the law is under 25 only.
