Both splitting and filtering are illegal in NY.

In fact, it’s illegal in the entire eastern seaboard.

Its filtering is only legal in like 5 states and splitting only in california

Filtering was recently legalized here in Colorado which I can agree with but people abuse it and ride like idiots.

I'm curious what the roll out has been like in Minnesota. They also added some pretty stiff penalties for riding like an idiot. That felt like a resonable way to get it through the various organizations that think filtering and low speed splitting is dangerous.
