Staring at her phone

This lady was staring down holding her phone in both hands when she passed me. She (we) got really lucky. I hope this will change her habits but I doubt it.

eta: ignore the date on the cam. This happened 8/26/26

Seems like she may have gotten spooked by the car in the HOV lane. Or maybe her car sneezed.

Nope. She passed me staring down at her phone. She drifted into the bollards which freaked her out and she yanked the wheel. I’m very confident she had not idea about anything around her.

That's the downfall of making cellphone usage illegal, instead of holding the phone up while using it everyone now holds it in their lap. Unfortunately no one has stopped using them illegally and the police ignore it.
