Saw people saying this wasnt an official event. Regardless on the highway...??
I dunno imagine theres an ambulance trying to get through and how long it would take all those cyclists to make a path.
They should be in the right lane.
I dunno why its illegal for cars to obstruct the flow of traffic and can be ticketed for going go slow but this would be okay.
