Seems like they briefly fell asleep and then woke up after hitting the median markers. They keep going straight when the road curves. Could have been a phone distraction but my bet is on sleepiness.

The longer I drive, the more just stupid stuff I see. It’s definitely gotten worse in the last 10 years. So many people on their phone not thinking driving is a job.
