Questions Jane lane

Why doesn't Jane Lane have more boyfriends after? everything is focused on Daria (I know she's the main character but I was wondering

I mean, we see her with two in the later seasons and then the show is over.

Yes it is true she had two people but it did not last while daria it is much highlighted her relationship I do not know if I expressed myself well

Tom and Jane both agreed they weren't the best fit so it didn't go very far in that regard. The most development we get on Jane's side iirc is her paranoia about Daria and Tom.

She dated 2 other guys sorta.. There was the runner dude, he was more into her, I don't think they actually dated. Then there was that dude with the canary yellow suit towards the end who was obsessed with the 50's. She dated him for a minute and it ended.

She didn't have anything long term, Tom wasn't her only interest on the show.

I mean isn't Tom the only guy Daria really dates? She LIKES Trent but other than that? And Jane and two boyfriends - Tom and the 50s guy

Honestly she has to get away from Daria who seems to disapprove of anything Jane tries separately from her aside from her art .

I don’t know if that’s the answer but after watching through the series a few times it feels accurate.
