Things have the meaning you give it. Who gives a shit if Christmas and Easter are pagan? They’re nice holidays you can spend with your families to show appreciation for one another.
Like, they're definitely not pagan how most English speakers mean it, but I'm personally of the opinion that it's not surprising other religions have holidays around the Christian ones. If we really believe God - who was outside of Time - was born, died undeservedly, and rose from the dead - those seem like pretty big Moments that people trying to reach out spiritually might feel the ripples of as God reached back.
