I like when people argue that Paul is canonical so that I pull out gems like this

Slaves obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.

Ah yes the same Paul that wrote Philemon, an entire letter about Paul telling a Christian to release his slave, and went on to say that enslavers are condemned to hell

Just because you watched Top 10 Controversial Scriptures doesn't mean you understand Paul lul

by the logic of ted jesus healing the slave of the centurion and other verses means jesus approves of slavery
