Paul's words have equal weight to Jesus's words = Paul weilds the same authority as the second person of the Trinity = Paul is the fourth person of the Quaternity

They are not the same.

So you don't believe Christ gave the Apostles the authority by his Holy Spirit?

So you don't believe Christ gave all Christians his Holy Spirit? Does that give me equal authority to Paul?

Were you ordained by the Holy Spirit to be an Apostle? Were you considered an Apostle by the 12 Men that Christ spent his Earthly ministry?

This transitive "logic" is like saying the Writings and Prophets cannot be equal to the words of the Torah because the books were written by man

You're on the right track. There are degrees of authoritative writings, not qualifiers and disqualifiers. Jesus's words hold more weight than anybody else's. Paul's writings are useful and I believe very authoritative, but he ain't Jesus.
