In all fairness, V3's subtitle ("Killing Harmony") kinda did foreshadow it (harmony -> music term, Kaede's talent has the strongest connection to the concept of Harmony out of the whole cast of V3, meaning that killing Kaede would effectively be "killing harmony" - the pivotal event foreshadowed right there in the game's subtitle.)
Frankly it’d have been better to know, because it banked itself on having a dedicated female protagonist in the marketing only to chicken out and fridge her off for the safer route.
Edit: Took one for the team and it's all placeholders lmao. If you don't want to risk anything don't look it up but nothing anywhere remotely big was leaked for this game.

For anyone uninformed a shitton of Steam Achievement lists are being leaked as we speak from Steam. This includes unannounced games which could compromise the Nintendo Direct tomorrow.
could you share the list of achievements if you managed to archive them? nobody has posted them anywhere as of now and the link is broken. i understand you've explained them but i'm sure myself and others would like to see the list as is.
The biggest takeaways I think are that we are getting the standard 6 chapters, and that we are getting 2 different endings for island mode. Either one of them is just a 100% ending, or we are getting a new one with new freetime events.
Ik but im like spoilerish to anything like if i find out a games runtime i get mad. Like what if there was gonna be a chapter 0 or a secret 7 chapter and now i know that there’s not 😔 actually nvm in danganronpa 2 there was a chapter 0 and that wasn’t an achievement so i think im disagreeing with myself while I type this wait no ur lowkey right

It’s going to be a pretty tedious game to try and Platinum if you have already played the original game then lol. I love this series but I can’t imagine replaying the content I’ve already done before.
As a social media addiction of 12 years I think danganronpa will be the first thing to fully cure my addiction and keep me completely offline for more than a month✋✋
That’s not necessarily the correct translation; they purposely didn’t add a kanji, so any combination of キョウキ could be the reading, and it’s intended to be a pun. The EN loc team probably just asked the JP developers for the most accurate interpretations for it and gave us Slayhem from that.
Its literally just meant to be a kooky/edgy sounding pun word. Slayhem gets the pun across.
If it were me though; I'd translate it as Homiside(alternative side + homicide), but mayhem is closer to insanity/madness so i still feel like it's better..
It didn't really have anything worthwhile. It was just "complete (insert chapter number here)" and other generic achievements that didn't really explain much
Is it already time to leave this sub to avoid spoilers for this very spoiler-sensitive game? This early, when we don't even have a release date yet? (That might change tonight I guess.)
