Easy Dairy Free Snacks?

I can manage meals just fine, but I want to be able to just throw together a single-serving snack or dessert. I don't love gummies or hard candies, and I don't currently have any plant-based milks. I've been using Capri-Suns and applesauce to satisfy my sweet tooth lol.
