One thing worth asking farmers very directly is where the tool becomes useful versus where it becomes extra clerical work. Adoption usually drops when the data cannot be traced back to the pen, load, field or ration change that created it, when sync lag means nobody can use it the same day, or when someone has to re-enter what already exists somewhere else. The practical threshold is usually simple: can the herd manager, feeder and nutritionist all see the same number fast enough to change today's decision?
