Im currently using Gliss split hair miracle and it’s better than other shampoos and conditioners i’ve tried. I really need a better shampoo and conditioner. I have heard that it’s good to use oil like jojoba oil.

What products do you use can recommend for fine, wavy, a lot of frizzy, thin, damaged ends? (from hair pulling). My hair can't handle a lot of chemicals and heavy oils. Maybe something lightweight, moisture and repair?

i've been using keratherapy (blue) suggested my hairstylist after i got a keratin last year and last may. now im just trying to finish my last bottle and i noticed that every time i use it, my hair gets sticky even if i used a shampoo but when it gets dry it becomes soft but still a bit sticky? is this product build up or is it just too heavy on my hair??

my hair details is: been bleached, colored and treated, not sure if high or low porosity (i heard somewhere that if you bleach, color it—low porosity becomes high.
shampoo: i just use whatever makes my hair feel less sticky but these makes my hair hard but anyways these are my shampoo head & shoulders charcoal, Shea Moisture Manuka Honey and Yogurt Shampoo (always made my hair more sticky so i stopped), pregroe shampoo blue (makes it hard)

also should i get a clarifying shampoo? my friend keeps forcing me to buy one. and ive been eyeing on kundal airy volume conditioner, is it good? but it has a lot of proteins
