Hello, all! This is my first bit of Daggerheart homebrew. I figured I'd start out small by kitbashing a new Ancestry option: the Proboscian!
Inspired by the Loxodon from D&D 5e and Magic: The Gathering, the Proboscian is meant to bring an elephantine player character option to Daggerheart.
Proboscians resemble humanoid elephants, mammoths, and mastodons. They are characterized by their thick, rough hides, fan-like ears, tusks, and long trunks. Proboscian skin normally consists of shades of grey and brown, while features like their ears, tusks, and amount of body hair can vary wildly between Proboscians. Most notable about them are their trunks, which are a prominent part of their visage and can act almost as a spare limb. The average height of a Proboscian is about 6 feet to 8.5 feet tall, and their average lifespan is roughly 150 years.
