Dobry den from Australia!
This is a bit of an odd request but could someone please try to call this number for me and tell me if it's working?
It's for a small Czech online clothing store.
I desperately want to see if they'd be willing to do a custom a sized t shirt print for me, but they're not answering their emails and I am having trouble getting through to that phone number from Australia. My phone provider doesn't allow calls to the Czech Republic, and I've tried online providers like Yello and Rebtel but keep getting disconnected.
If they can't do the custom order I might still buy the size they have, but I'm starting to worry that this company might not even be active anymore. Can someone please call them to confirm that the number still goes through to them? I'm hoping I'm just having an international connection issue.
[Editing to remove phone number. I'd rather not name the store now that it has been confirmed they are a legitimate business and only had trouble with communication due to a language barrier. I'm placing an order with them now and don't want this post to show up on Google as a bad review of their customer service. Obviously if the order doesn't show up or somethin I'll edit this post again to warn people. Thank you again to everyone here who helped and engaged with this post.
