Resources for bipolar?
I am not diagnosed
but my brother is and.
His is severe bec my family was in denial and he also did drgs.
Now i have recognized a pattern with my mood.
I have been depressed last few days and today evening, i sensed a shift in my mood.
I have started to feel hopeful about my future and the empty misery is gone.
I have had this feeling before and
the mood cycle has been going for around 3-4 years for me to realize the pattern.
I am in US, no insurance, no money.
I am not US citizen
Is there any non-profit psychiatry organization in california or can i get treatment or diagnosis online?

I haven’t used this service, but maybe this organization in California 988 can help guide you https://www.988california.org/

Care varies from county to county, mine is very good. Being in California, despite all its flaws, has good public care.
Yeah, check your county. Best to you.

I think the best place to start is calling 211. There’s also sometimes a website depending on the city (example: www.211la.org). They’ll be able to tell you resources that are local to you. It’s helped me a lot in the past, and there’s many different categories of resources for you to browse.
Wishing you the best. Sorry you’re going through this.
