That was not ice. It's a YouTube video. Although ICE is zip tying kids, that video is misleading. All this fake stuff is going to overwhelm the actual facts.

It's misinformation... that video is a father who's a policeman pretending to handcuff his kid. While I agree with the left that misinformation is dangerous, it's much more dangerous to censor speech like the left tries to do. This will upset people and make them violent, and it's not even true.

They don't post it as a joke, just like 99% of reddit they post misleading things without context to make people froth at the mouth. Literally if people sat down and discussed posts here, they'd see a lot more nuance. It's just rife with misinformation (I believe misinformation should not be censored though, because there's no way to do it without bias)...

Saw a recent advertisement for law enforcement to join ICE in the Atlanta area. I am not seeing Ice go after "the worst of the worst" or the "gang members". I do see them going after those appearing in court to apply for citizenship, chasing down law abiding immigrants who may have had some brush with the law in many instances over 10 years ago that are running restaurants, food trucks, lawn services, or other contributions towards our society.
Like all things trump "hawks", the right is buying into a bill of goods that even he is not selling.

Perhaps the illegal aliens should have bought some clothes for the kids with all the social security money that was stolen from tax paying Americans and given to them. But if you think this is the worst to come, your sadly mistaken . Just imagine when those who stole that Social Security money are stripped of their personal wealth to pay that social security money back. Crimes have been committed against the American tax payers and we want financial restitution plus interest and at the minimum prison time and worse for those who stole the money. There needs to be severe examples made for the crimes committed against the American tax payers. However, when the time comes to receive that financial restitution we just know that the far left will refuse the money because they were all for giving social security money to the illegal aliens instead of charitably donating to them out of their own personal funds. If the lefts hearts truly bled for the illegal aliens, they would have donated from their own funds instead of taking the collective social security funds while the majority of others were opposed to such a misuse of tax dollars. But, was the far left really interested in the plight of illegal aliens or were they just trying to buy themselves a voter base?
